Since 2004, Sam Leslie has been providing professional home inspections for Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties in the Low Country of South Carolina. In that time, he has completed over 2,000 home inspections and built solid relationships with realtors and clients alike. His flexible scheduling of any home inspection gives him the added value his customers are looking for.
Sam is thorough and detail oriented to make sure his clients completely understand the home inspection report. This report will include photos to illustrate any concerns or issues that he finds and will be printed for you onsite. While performing a home inspection, he will encourage his clients to participate in the inspection and ask questions whenever they are unclear or uncertain of any issue.
